Associates are the members of a dedicated team of workers who collaborate to ensure that the clients needs are being met. Associate jobs have different working positions : customer service associate, sales associate, operations associate, research associate etc. You'll have to work in teams of about 4 - 6 consultants, playing a lively role in all aspects of client engagement.
This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You'll even have the chance to present results to client management and implement recommendations together with client team members.
Many companies offer ongoing training programs for their selected candidates. Additionally, you'll receive guidance and support from your office or practice in the selection of client projects, helping you to develop your skills and build your network.
Customer service: Associates are the first point of contact for customers. Candidates that are pleasant, friendly and communicative with customers will be preferred.
Writing: You may be required to write reports, requests for materials etc. Good writing skills will be helpful.
Persistence: Associates need to be able to stay positive , calm and keep at their job.
