Experience:

12 months of role experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Information:

No Guaranteed Hours Per Week

Shift: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Adults & geriatrics

Call Requred: 14-15 days/month

Required: Scrub experience, balloon angioplasty, PCI, septal closure, Stents, Thrombectomy, L & R heart catheterization, IABP, insertion & programming of AICDS, pacemaker/defib insertion

Preferred: Level 1 trauma, teaching hospital, IV start, IR, ablations , Drivers License or ID w address

Required certification: AZDHS

certification must be ARRT

BLS must be AHA
