Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Home Health experience is required.

Travel experience is required.

3 months of experience with Oasis is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license prior to placement start.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Information:

COVID Vax pref., will accept religious medical declinations.

Shift Information: Mon-Fri; 1 weekend per mo.; will have time off during week to accommodate weekend schedule. Can start any Monday.
