Experience:

12 months of Nurse Management experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Information:

-Vent/Trach experience a must! MUST have at the minimum 1 solid year of acute care experience/stepdown/tele/PCU.
