Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Information:

Every other weekend

Block schedules and On Call required

All time off required at the time of submission

BLS must be AHA

Scrubs: no solid neon, solid red, solid black or camo.

Orientation every other Monday.

Must not currently be working in any way for providence or any of its affiliates. If former employee of providence or any of its affiliates (Swedish Medical Center or Pac Med). Must have terminated employment at least 6 months ago and be in good standing. Documents must be complete 1 week prior to start, no exceptions.
