JOB DESCRIPTION

Immediate openings available for trained new truck drivers in CR England. If you are trained and waiting for an opportunity to prove your driving skills then CR England will be a great platform to prove your driving skills. As a Truck Driver for local accounts at CR England all you need to do is to transport the goods or materials from the manufacturing plant to the distribution centre. You will be provided with a wide range of well equipped and latest trucks like a mix of Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, international, Western Star, and Mack trucks. You can drive with a team or enjoy solo driving.

As a Truck Driver for Local Account you are responsible for:

  • Drive and operate trucks
  • Transport finished goods or raw materials from manufacturing plants or retail stores to required destinations.
  • Meet delivery schedules on time.
  • Safe delivery of the products.
  • Keep a regular check on vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
  • Vehicle Maintenance

    • BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

    To work with CR England you need to have the following basic requirements:

  • Must be 21 years old, applicants less than 23 years of age should have a clean driving record.
  • Valid class A Driving licence
  • Clean and satisfactory employment record.
  • At least six months of experience in driving heavy vehicles.
  • Three years of prior employment experience
  • Should not be indulged in more than three moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • Should not have any DUIs in the last seven years
  • Should not have more than 2 DUIs in lifetime.
  • Should not undergo license suspension due to reckless driving
  • Must Pass a mandatory drug screening.
  • No felony convictions in the last 10 years.
  • Must pass a Department of Transportation physical standard test by authorised doctor. The physical standards include a blood pressure rating of 140/90 or less.An eyesight rating of 20/40 or better.
  • Good listening and verbal communication skills
  • Must have good knowledge of traffic rules.
