Job description:

As a placement coordinator at CR England, you need to assign a trainer to a fresher who has just graduated from a driving school and assisting the student's needs that will contribute to the success of the student. Placement Coordinators play an important role in selecting the students based on their resume and are an integral part of the training program so as a placement coordinator at CR England you must have the highest level of professionalism. You must deal with the students and trainers with a high level of patience, you must satisfy both the trainers and drivers with your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills. You must motivate the students to learn the driving skills effectively and efficiently and help the students to develop their interpersonal skills which in turn results in the growth of the organization.

Job responsibility:

  • Identifying various vacancies and make a list of them
  • Select the profiles of effective and eligible students
  • Gathering and exchanging the information of trainers and students
  • Connect the students with trainers According to the trainer's priorities.
  • Regularly contacting the inactive apprentices and placing them if they are eligible
  • Sending messages to trucks regarding apprentices transport, to meet with their respective road trainer.
  • Basic requirements:

  • Must hold a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent GED
  • Should be a good team player.
  • A high level of interaction skills are required
  • Minimum one year of experience is required in the field of Customer Service, experience in the transportation industry will be plus
  • Must have advanced and exceptional Computer skills.
  • Must possess effective communication skills
  • Should possess excellent organizational skills and must be extremely detailed oriented.
