Basic Responsibilities

  • Handling of orders and returns from their customers .
  • To manage these activities some adequate procedures are followed and supervised by the warehouse associate.
  • The warehouse associate has the warehouse team workers, together they work for protecting customer’s privacy and trust.
  • The warehouse associate is responsible for processing customer’s orders as well as returns.
  • After receiving the order they need to handle the packaging and shipping of the orders.
  • The associate of a warehouse duties include the whole process of loading, packing, wrapping, labeling and shipping of the orders.
  • They receive and process warehouse stock products and have to pick up, unload, label, store the products in a systematic way by following adequate measures of the warehouse.
  • Warehouse Associates needs to look after the audits of warehouses.
  • Responsible for controlling inventory controls. They complete the diary logs in inventory.
  • Checking, verifying and filling customer invoices.
  • They examine the returned products and put remarks upon their conditions. Later on proceed these products for sorting and reselling.
  • Reporting any discrepancies regarding any warehouse matter.
  • They are responsible for operating and maintaining the warehouse equipment properly.
  • Warehouse associates need to keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
  • The safety and hygiene policies of the company must be followed by the associates.
  • They are responsible for proper communication with their supervisors and coworkers.
  • Maintaining a cooperative attitude must be there while doing team activities.
  • They must follow the rules and regulations of quality service standards and comply with other procedures, rules and regulations of the warehouse.

    • Basic Requirements

  • Minimum education qualification- Highschool diploma or equivalent diploma.
  • Minimum experience and knowledge in inventory software, databases and systems.
  • Physical fitness for doing the warehouse activities smoothly. Warehouse activities include physical tasks like, loading, unloading, packaging etc.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Good communication skill and active participation.
  • Time management skills along with good organisational skills.
  • Current forklift licence
  • Previous experience is not needed but it would be regarded as a great eligibility
