Stay active in this fast-paced warehouse environment. Depending on your location, you'll have the option to choose from part-time and full-time roles with early morning, day, and night shifts.

An Amazon sortation associate stands in one place for extended periods of time, walking a good distance around the facility and sorting packages such as envelopes and pallets based on size and destination. It is the job of an Amazon sortation associate to build pallets, wrap pallets, transport pallets with a pallet jack, and sort packages and pallets.As part of this team, you will have to load conveyor belts and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Along with these you will have to learn to use the latest Amazon technology, like smartphones and handheld devices, to scan and sort the orders.

Basic Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer's privacy and satisfaction.
  • Welcoming the delivery vehicles and unloading the orders safely.
  • Sorting the orders in terms of location and other specific procedures.
  • Ensuring complete hygiene and sanitization.
  • Organizing the products.
  • Sending the products to the verifying area.
  • Receiving the incoming product and sending outgoing products in a systematic manner.
  • Verifying returned products for resending to the storehouse.
  • Taking proper records of all outgoing and incoming Amazon order databases.
  • Safety measures should be followed while uploading the ordered products to specific delivery vehicles.
  • Maintaining proper rules and regulations of delivery stations.
  • Learning to use the recent technology for hustle free delivery.

    • Basic Requirements

  • Education qualification- High school diploma or equivalent diploma.
  • Age- Above 18 years.
  • Ability to sort packages based on size and destination, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Strong physical ability required for warehouse tasks.
  • Knowledge of recent technologies of delivery station is preferred but not mandatory
  • Good communication skill.
  • Positive attitude for teamwork.
  • Cooperation and coordination with the team workers is needed.
  • Previous experience is not mandatory but it would be regarded as a great eligibility criteria.
