BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be 21 years old
  • Have access to a car and a valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • Have an iPhone or Android smartphone
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills to be ready to interact effectively with customers
  • Attention to detail to be ready to note of all orders, review them, and make sure that they're complete, the fees are correct, and therefore the customer is satisfied
  • Excellent time management skills to be ready to make sure that items are delivered to customers during a safe manner and within a given timeframe
  • Physical strength and stamina as these enable an Amazon flex driver to efficiently load heavy items and also move from one place to a different as needed
  • Good customer service skills to be ready to answer questions and handle complaints from customers effectively.
  • BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Loading items and/or packages from Amazon’s warehouse or production environment
  • Ensuring that items are delivered to the varied locations of Amazon customers on time
  • Reviewing orders before and after they're delivered to make sure they're complete, charges are correct, and therefore the customer is satisfied
  • Scanning the QR code of all the things to be delivered before they're loaded up
  • Accepting payments for delivered items when required
  • Complying strictly with all transportation laws, guidelines, and/or regulations and ensuring that a secure driving record is maintained
  • Strictly adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
  • Preparing reports and other documents that are associated with delivery.
